Grooming Pick Up

Here at The Raw Pet Company we are one on one grooming with limited availability. We will make sure to text you 30 minutes prior to finishing with your pup to ensure you have a good amount of time to head back for pickup. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $2 per minute.

Appointment Cancelation

Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.

A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is automatically canceled and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment
